The heart behind Priorizarte Wellness Place.

And no, I didn’t wake up one day magically loving my body, eating “perfectly,” working out every day, or somehow avoiding the very real changes our bodies start showing after 40 (because… biology).

I’ve been on both sides of this journey.

For years, I struggled with disordered eating, a complicated relationship with food, and a body image that felt like a moving target. I knew a lot… but knowing didn’t always mean doing. Especially when life was busy, emotions were loud, and self-care kept falling to the bottom of the list.

Over time—and with a lot of trial, learning, unlearning, professional training, and self-compassion—I realized something important:
The problem wasn’t me. It was the system I was trying to follow.
